Our mission is to improve the lives of children and their families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities caused by Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services and other Developmental Disabilities through evidenced-based ABA services. Every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential and goals. Our team is focused on enabling children to have the best quality of life possible. We are passionate and dedicated to helping children achieve their goals and ensuring each individual has the best quality of life possible.

Will has been living in the world of autism since his daughter was diagnosed with the disorder in 2006. Fighting for his daughter, he and his ex-wife, sought early intervention using ABA. Her success was so masterful that she became the poster child for The Thompson Center at Mizzou in 2008. in 2010, Will and his ex-wife, started a 501c3, helping families with resources around Missouri. And in 2016, the pair opened their 1st clinic which has grown into numerous clinics around MO & KS. Will is not only a parent of two children w/ASD, but he’s been a warrior for ALL children living with Autism or almost two decades now.
Jordan Hopper

Jordan Hopper began working in the field of ABA as an RBT in 2017. Jordan obtained his Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA through the University of North Dakota in 2019. Jordan has been a BCBA since 2021, doing clinic-based work with children ages 2-10. Jordan greatly enjoys being able to teach functional skills through play and being able to find the individual strengths of each child. At home, Jordan enjoys playing board games and painting.
Carmen Thomas

Carmen Thomas earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas in 2012 and her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2016. She spent five years as a paraprofessional in a school before pursuing her BCBA fieldwork hours, becoming a BCBA in 2018. Carmen has worked with children ages 3 to 17 in ABA centers, in a variety of leadership roles, including serving as the director of an early autism clinic. Carmen is a huge fan of KU basketball and goes to almost every home game. She is very close with her family and is a proud aunt to four boys and one girl. She also is a proud cat mom to Binks!
Allyson Bergman

Registered Behavior Technician
Allyson Bergman went to University of California, Berkeley where she ran track while getting her bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology. Allyson became an RBT in 2021, and has worked in homes, schools, and clinics. Allyson can speak Spanish, German, and some Mandarin. She has an adorable one and a half year old son!
Aliya Tapia

Aliya Tapia has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2025, working with children to support skill development through ABA therapy. She graduated from Kansas City Kansas Community College with a cosmetology license, where she honed patience, consistency, and communication skills- qualities she now brings to creating a positive, engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
Bailey Davis

Bailey Davis began working in the ABA field in 2008, and since then, has worked in centers, homes, a children’s hospital, and schools with individuals ages 2-21. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas then became a BCaBA in 2012. Bailey then earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State. She became a BCBA in 2015, and has held regional director and clinical director roles since 2017. Bailey’s teaching passions are in language acquisition, play skills, and executive functioning skills. Bailey loves Broadway musicals and traveling!
Lucinda (Cindy) Broady

Lucinda (Cindy) Broady has always had a passion to help someone in need. She always prioritized helping her siblings with learning disabilities with their homework. In high school, Cindy helped in the special education room as a teacher's assistant. Cindy graduated with her bachelor’s in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas, earning her BCaBA. She then completed her master’s in ABA from Ball State and became a BCBA. In her spare time Cindy likes to spend time with family & working on puzzles.
Hannah Rodriguez
Leavenworth Clinic Manager

Hannah Rodriguez has always known she has wanted to work with children in some way since she was young. Hannah comes from a large family who has taught her how to work hard and persevere towards her goals. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wichita State University in December 2020 and has recently finished her coursework towards her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Hannah has been an RBT for 3 years working in clinics, homes, and school districts. Hannah hopes to continue shaping young minds as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the near future.
Ketzaly Franco-Avecedo

Ketzaly Franco-Avecedo graduated from the University of Kansas in 2025, earning her bachelor’s degree in ABA with a concentration in Child Life Specialty. After graduation, she became an RBT and began working at Limitless ABA. Outside of work, Ketzaly enjoys reading, going to the movies, and junk journaling.
Rylee Surritte

Rylee Surritte began her career in ABA in 2024 after graduating high school. Rylee is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients and creating a supportive environment where they can thrive. She believes progress comes from patience, consistency, and celebrating every success- big or small. Outside of work Rylee enjoys hanging out with family and reading!
Samantha Osgood

Samantha Osgood earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and master’s degree from Ball State University. She has been working in ABA since 2012 in the clinic, home, and community settings with ages 2-21. She has been working for Limitless since February 2023. Samantha has a passion for teaching children through play and natural environment settings. Her favorite part of the job is playing and being silly with the kids! She also loves helping RBTs reach their goals and grow! In her free time, Samantha spends time traveling with her family and runs marathons.
James (Jamie) Paul

James (Jamie) Paul has been working in the mental health field since 2016, and with children on the autism spectrum since 2019. He completed his Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Missouri. He has experience working with children from early childhood to adolescence. Jamie is adept in a variety of assessments. He is knowledgeable about discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment training (NET), and incidental teaching. In his free time, Jamie likes cooking and hiking.
Shannon YBarra
Lead BCBA Wichita Clinic
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Shannon YBarra earned her bachelors degree from University of Hawaii in 2018 in education then graduated from Arizona State University with her masters in 2020 and earned her BCBA certification in April 2021. She has experience working in home and in clinics with individuals with autism ranging from 2-28 years of age. She loves working with younger kiddos and getting into their world and seeing things from their perspective. In her free time Shannon enjoys spending time with her own family, taking care of the many pets at her house, and playing board games with her son and husband. Shannon will be key manager for our new clinic in Wichita in 2026!
Kayla Klein

Kayla Klein has over two years’ experience supporting children with autism through ABA therapy. She is passionate about creating structured, engaging learning environments that help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills. Kayla enjoys mentoring fellow technicians and collaborating with her team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for every child she serves. She is currently working towards her master’s degree in ABA and future as a BCBA.
Gillian Hinrichs

Gillian Hinrichs is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and moved to the Kansas City area after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in 2023. She is passionate about working with children and enjoys supporting and encouraging their growth. Gillian plans to work toward becoming a BCBA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active.
